# 2.1 IVEX farm

**TBA.** Section in development and update as we are in the process of digitizing the farm and designing NFT - plots for you to purchase on our marketplace.\
\
IVEX Farm is the first project within the IVEX ecosystem, merging advanced blockchain technologies and the metaverse with traditional agriculture. Located in the fertile region of Edirne, Varos in Turkey, the farm spans 461,512 square meters and serves as a prime example of how digital innovations can transform real-world businesses.

We have acquired land in one of Turkey's finest areas, starting with 46 hectares and planning for future expansion. You decide what to cultivate on your plot, managing it through the metaverse. Not only do we care for nature, but we also offer people the opportunity to earn from your efforts and contributions.

IVEX Farm presents a unique opportunity to become a co-owner of a real agricultural enterprise. By purchasing NFTs, you gain a fractional ownership right and the ability to actively participate in its management.

Through integration with the IVEX Metaverse (see 'IVEX Metaverse' section), you can virtually visit your farm, observe its development, and make important management decisions. Choose which crops to grow, which technologies to use, and how to optimize production. Your decisions will be implemented in the real world by a team of experienced agronomists and farmers.

IVEX Farm ensures complete transparency of all processes. You can track all operations on the farm, from planting and harvesting to selling the produce. In the future, there are plans to install cameras that will allow real-time monitoring of the farm.

On the farm, you will have a personal assistant who is always ready to help you with any questions and tasks related to managing your virtual farm. They will assist in choosing optimal development strategies, advise on which crops are best to grow at any given time, and provide consultation on any other matters.
